Finally saw it.To each and every one of my friends: I blame you, personally, for not making me watch it earlier.
At the company I used to work at before my current job, we were all big fans of Office Space—including our non-geeky CEO. We would often quote the movie during lunches just because, hey, it’s fun.
One day, the office building that we had our office in got partially burned down. Our office itself wasn’t totally burned, but we had to use a recovery service to get the data from our local HDs that wasn’t backed up remotely. Everything else was pretty much lost. We did go through the rubble to scavenge for items we wanted to keep, though.
Guess what our sysadmin found amidst the ashes and rubble?
Yep.
